Life can be challenging for most of us at some point in time and it can often be difficult to make sense of things if we feel overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns or confused about how to make changes in our lives.

I offer a safe and trusting therapeutic space in which to collaboratively explore any difficulties you may be experiencing and will work with you to help develop the knowledge and skills to better understand and manage these difficulties and help you think about ways to make any changes you might like to make.

I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on various models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness practice
